Located above a quiet beach in the South of Parikia, on the road to Aliki, these Studios & Apartments are within walking distance to the center of Parikia with its restaurants, cafes and nightlife.
The studios and apartments have breathtaking views of the bay of Parikia and the ferries entering the port.
For lower budget accommodation there are studios in the blooming garden without sea view.
The building is surrounded by beautiful plants and flowers and there is also a breakfast cafe and snack bar on the ground floor.
We also provide motorbike and bicycle rentals on site. Also, free transfers to and from the port.

Our self-catering studios (1 room) and apartments (2 rooms) have double or single built-in beds and also balconies - some with sea & sunset view.

They all have TV, air conditioning, refrigerator and cooking facilities on demand.
